Register now for Wake Responsibly – Willamette River edition, a water sports community event hosted by Oregon Families for Boating and the Water Sports Industry Association.
This gathering is THE boating community’s chance to learn and network with fellow water sports enthusiasts. Whether you board, ski, surf, sail, paddle, tube, or even foil we want to see you on September 15 at the Foothills Park Pavilion in Lake Oswego.
Meet fellow Willamette River boaters, learn how motorized and non-motorized users alike can advocate for river safety and get insights on water sports issues from local leaders. The Willamette River is a special place for families to recreate, and it’s crucial that we do everything we can to share it safely.
Join Ricky Krieger, Co-Founder of Lake Life LLC to chat about all things wake safety. As a former pro wakeboarder, pro shop owner and water sports instructor Ricky knows a thing or two about safe and fun riding. He'll share tips on how we can all be better boat operators on the water.
Hear from Josh Mulhollem, Environmental and Policy Program Manager at Oregon State Marine Board, about its latest river health and safety initiatives.
